Based on: 

  • your account profile type ( see article company profile ) and 
  • the cancellation policy of the booking

you have different possibilities to pay and book.


1. Profile status - prepayment.


1.1. Cancellation policy not passed

In this case, you can make a reservation. The reservation will be confirmed (see confirm article). You do not need to pay immediately. You can pay later, but the system will automatically cancel the reservation if you do not pay within the cancellation period. You receive notification emails from the platform before the reservation is cancelled. In case you decide to pay, you can do so by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is made based on an automatically generated invoice, which you can find: details/finance


1.2. Cancellation policy has passed

In this case, you have to pay with:

  • credit card 
  • push button "send to root" ( for more information, see article send to root )


2. Profile status - credit limit. 

You can see your existing credit limit in the top right corner.


2.1. Cancellation policy not passed

In this case, you can make a reservation. The reservation will be confirmed with the status confirmation (see confirm article). You do not need to pay immediately. You can pay later, but the system will automatically cancel the reservation if you do not pay. If you want to confirm the reservation, you need to press the issue voucher button. The status of the reservation will change from confirming to "ok to buy". You can withdraw the voucher. The system will automatically deduct the amount of the reservation from your credit limit.


2.2. Cancellation policy has passed

You can book without making an actual payment. It would be best if you pressed the book button, and the system will automatically deduct the amount of the reservation from your credit limit. The status of the reservation will be ok to buy.


Please always keep in mind that the booking process and the payment process are two separate processes.

Please note and always check the cancellation policy. 

If you see that the cancellation policy does not appear that means this booking doesn’t exist anymore. 

In this case please do not try to book and make a new search.
