• Booking is already accepted.
  • A voucher and invoice have been issued.

To download them, please follow the step - control panel | list reservations | details | scroll down and click the voucher or finance

  • Auto cancellation is disabled.

Please note that for each reservation, we have a booking status and a payment status. These are two separate processes for each reservation. If your booking status is ok to buy, but your payment status is still not paid, it means that you have used funds from your available credit limit. Once you receive the monthly financial report and restore your credit limit, only then will the status be changed to paid. The system will automatically refund the credit limit you have.
